Jojo heads to the guys’ room with the magazine – she breaks down in tears and cries about how terrible her relationship was with him. That set guys like Wells and Derek to grumbling that Jordan wasn’t trustworthy. What did they do that was so wrong? Right before the cocktail/rose ceremony, he calls Alex, Jordan, Robbie and a few others outside to say he feels like they’re being cliqueish or something. Jojo passes out roses to Luke, Chase, Alex, James, and Wells.
Our front-runner got the first one-on-one date in South America, but some of his roomies questioned Jordan’s motives for being on the show. And then there’s his hair, which makes those with less volume and style pissed off. Of course they go swimming. They didn’t take much convincing.
Back at their new pad, JoJo’s other boyfriends poured over some gossip mags they found that featured the Bachelorette’s ex slamming her. JoJo’s high from the date was ended nearly immediately with producers showing her the article her men had discovered. Although he confessed to flirting with other women while he was still with Brittany, he claimed that he never cheated on her. Jordan said that he felt frustrated with his career and he ended up taking it out on people.
Furthermore, Jojo chose Jordan for a one-on-one in Punta del Este where they spent time together on a yacht.
JoJo met her in Dallas, Texas, and told her he was not the best boyfriend.
It’s all couch cuddles ‘n smooches the rest of the night, largely without incident, until JoJo gives her group-date rose to Derek, saying he needs “reassurance”. But, no surprise, Johnson showed up for one last goodbye with the guys.
Next, on the group date, JoJo and the men go sand surfing.
Not only that, but it appears that Johnson’s Instagram trolling of his former competitors from the show may have led him to a love connection, as he revealed that the photo he shared recently of himself smooching fellow contestant Robby Hayes’ ex-girlfriend Hope Higginbotham (who accused Hayes of dumping her in order to join this season of “The Bachelorette”) could in fact lead to something more. After the men confronted her about it, she told them she hadn’t been faking anything and insisted she was there for the right reasons.
Second, as a result of the emotional trauma that the tabloid piece caused her, JoJo chose to skip the cocktail party all together and go straight to the rose ceremony. And to spook the guys by sliding his hands down the glass-front door like a horror movie villain, which I enjoyed. THe three suitors eliminated were Evan, Grant, and Vinny. Who’s looking like their stock made a move up? Everybody watches from inside as Robby kisses Jojo, and tensions are now running high. They went traveling around the city, and went jumping into the water from a cliff. Who better to have around than a competitive swimmer? You’re wonderful, I miss you already.
