Why you should not try the ‘Corn from a drill’ challenge
A video shows the dark side of a freakish new craze for speed eating corn on the cob.

The footage beings with the woman opening her mouth and devouring the corn as it spins in front of her.
The woman later released a video of herself pulling at her remaining hair and as a result move her hairless scalp in a bid to refute a number of claims by viewers suggesting the video was staged.
It is understood that the woman partook in the risky trick by food blogger Eater Yang, who gained internet fame when a clip of him chowing through the vegetable went viral on Chinese social media.
A Chinese woman, in her bid to attempt “corn drill challenge” lost a section of her hair making a bald patch on her head. Hell you might even do something amusing and end up a viral video sensation!
Shockingly though, she barely reacts to what must have been some painful business and seems in shock when the video cuts. Unless you’re this guy who figured out how to eat corn on the cob in 10 seconds with a power drill.
She looks faintly confused as she pats the huge bald patch on top of her head and then the clip shows her at the doctors a few days later receiving treatment (still looking faintly confused, although not as confused as the Doctor must have been when she told him how it happened). LiveLeaks reports the doctor assured her she would be fine, but the hair would take years to grow back.

“See? It is real!” she said, according to the translation.
