Widower Invites Cruz to Learn About ‘New York Values’

Ted Cruz should be ashamed for insulting “New York values” in the Thursday night Republican presidential debate and in interviews.

Donald Trump and Ted Cruz ripped into each other Saturday morning, with the brash billionaire tearing into Cruz’s Canadian birth and two undisclosed loans he reportedly made during his 2012 Senate run, while the Texas senator unloaded on Trump’s record, temperament and fitness to be commander in chief.

Cruz has lately begun denouncing “New York values” to connect Trump to the city’s famous liberalism.

Trump issued a series of tweets early Saturday criticizing the failure and questioning Cruz’s eligibility for the presidency since he was born in Canada.

Trump ended his 45-minute speech by taking shots at Cruz, his closest rival in the Republican presidential race.

The New Yorker took aim not at Trump, but the media, calling on TV news outlets to hold Trump more accountable for his statements.

De Blasio was quick to say amen: “I agree with Gov. Cuomo’s remarks”, he said, adding that anyone who is pro-life “does not represent the views of the people of NY”. “And if he had any class, he would apologize to the people of NY”.

Later in the day, Trump asked: “If Ted Cruz is so opposed to gay marriage, why did he accept money from people who espouse gay marriage?” Marco Rubio, R-Fla., Republican presidential candidate, businessman Donald Trump and Republican presidential candidate, Sen.

“When the World Trade Center came down, I saw something that no place on Earth could have handled more beautifully, more humanely than NY”, he said. Cruz continued with a litany of “apologies” to jab at Governor Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio.

“I don’t think Americans are going to have a good reaction”.

“He doesn’t know what NY values are because NY is in many ways the epitome of what formed this nation and what keeps it strong”.

Rather than try to attach the old “flip-flopper” label that has plagued politicians from John Kerry to Mitt Romney, they’ve come up with a new catch phrase: “New York values”.

To which Trump responded, “As you know Ted, in the last three polls I’m beating you”.

“Those loans have been disclosed over and over and over again on multiple filings”, Cruz said on Wednesday, according to Politico.
