Wii U exclusive Sonic Lost World is expanding to PC next month
Sega has announced Sonic Lost World, formerly only available on the Nintendo Wii U, will be coming to Windows PCs. If you pre-order now, you will get Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing Transformed for absolutely free too.

The PC release will include gamepad support, higher resolutions (1080p+), and Steam features such as achievements, cloud saves, and leaderboards. It will come with the Nightmare DLC included- and the whole package will somehow cost just £19.99/$24.99/€22.99. Using his dynamic new parkour moves and improved Colour Powers, Sonic must run, jump and race through a variety of ever changing terrains in order to defeat the Deadly Six. Both were considered well-composed ports, painting a positive picture for Sonic Lost World.

Curious note: “This is the latest in a string of high-quality PC ports of past Sega titles that we will be building on in the coming months and years”, according to Sega Europe’s John Clark. A follow-up to Sonic Colors, Sonic Lost World also takes cues from Super Mario Galaxy by sending Sonic around circular worlds, as well as over-the-shoulder levels where Sonic is racing along tubes or through pipes.
