The website tweeted a link to the 1,258 emails Monday and says the emails were sent to or from Clinton during her time as Secretary of State.

The anti-American organization Wikileaks has relased more than 1200 emails from Hillary Clinton during the period when she was secretary of state during the Iraq War. The 50,547 pages of documents span from 30 June 2010 to 12 August 2014.
While some may consider the release of the emails an attack on the presidential candidate or an infringement on Clinton’s privacy, the American public is entitled to view these emails under the Freedom of Information Act.
Is Google Responsible for Hillary Clinton’s Success?
Julian Assange promised a couple of weeks ago that he would release enough evidence to indict Clinton – even though he is doubtful that such an indictment is forthcoming.
While Clinton’s previous efforts as Secretary of State and her potential future foreign policy plans remain under a microscope, Attorney General Loretta Lynch will likely not move forward with an indictment. “But the Federal Bureau of Investigation can push for concessions from the new Clinton government in exchange for its likely indictment”.
But hostile actors did access the private commercial e-mail accounts of people that Clinton was in regular contact with through her personal account, Comey said, and because her use of private email was well-known and widespread with much correspondence done while Clinton was traveling overseas, ” it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail account”.
The latest leaks came as Hillary Clinton met with the FBI for three and a half hours Saturday as part of the investigation into her use of a private email server while leading the State Department.
“We’ve accumulated a lot of material about Hillary Clinton”.

WikiLeaks also released a list of British MPs who voted in favour of invading Iraq, ahead of the Chilcot report.
