The royal couple was married on April 29, 2011 in a lavish wedding at Westminster Abbey. The first middle-class queen-in-waiting has not only welcomed the world into the royal family, she’s also welcomed Prince George (now two-years-old!) and Princess Charlotte.

A huge crowd cheered as the royal couple shared a kiss on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, following the service – one of the most memorable images from the day. In their own little moment, away from their entourage and security, she pronounced them just right, and snapped them up for 500 rupees (about $7).
“They are passionate about tackling the stigma surrounding the issue, “said a spokesman for The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry, in a statement”.
“Through their work with young people, emergency response, homeless charities, and with veterans, their royal highnesses have seen time and time again that unresolved mental health problems lie at the heart of some of our greatest social challenges”, their spokesman said.
William and Kate took Princess Charlotte, Queen Elizabeth II’s fifth great-grandchild, to their Kensington Palace home after her birth.
After the luncheon, William escorted Kate back to Clarence House in his father’s Aston Martin, which had been decorated by friends with a plate reading “JU5T Wednesday”.
The Duke and Duchess are widely expected to expand their family in the future. Kate has now become a fashion icon, with fans all over the world keeping a watch on what she wears, giving rise to the “Kate effect”.
“The Duke and Duchess are hugely appreciative of all the warm messages they have received about their family this year and are very much looking forward to their first Christmas as a family of four”.
The Duke of Cambridge then took on more royal duties the next year.

She suggested that William and Kate – who have just returned from a busy tour of India and Bhutan – appeared to be seeking to redress the claims and that their advisers appeared to be responsive to public feeling. “Two children and five years later, we have finally made it — and we are both honored to be here”.
