In the first joint statement from the sisters, Lamar’s estranged wife Khloe Kardashian joined Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner in releasing an identical statement on their websites Thursday night.
“They are devastated”, another source close to the family tells ET about the Kardashians’ current state of mind. The family has not commented publicly on Odom’s condition.
Odom’s grandmother, Florence Odom, declined to comment on his status Thursday, saying she was becoming distressed at unfounded speculation that her grandson would be taken off life support.
A source said: “There have been a few encouraging moments, including when Odom briefly fluttered open his eyes and squeezed Kim Kardashian’s hand”.
“Kris loves him so much, and she was the one that would just call him so much and stay in touch and make sure that he’s OK”.
Khloe Kardashian’s brother, Rob, also expressed concern.
“I will never, ever not love Lamar”, she told E!, which airs their reality shows.
Lamar Odom’s children are breaking their silence and thanking fans for their support as he remains unconscious and unresponsive in a Las Vegas hospital.
There’s been no official word on Odom’s condition, but the Rev Jesse Jackson visited him Wednesday (Oct 14) and said he’s on life support.

He has not played in the National Basketball Association since then, though the New York Knicks signed him during the offseason a year ago, only to cut him three months later.
