Taylor Swift has yet to file a lawsuit against Kimye but if the celebrity couple is proven to have violated the “two-party consent” then they will potentially face felony charges with fines and possible jail time.
When the song came out the pop queen was reportedly livid and told fans that she was blindsided by the song. And I really appreciate you telling me about it, that’s really nice!
Kanye reassured the singer he wanted her to “feel good” about the song and thanked her for being “so cool” about it, while she said she appreciated the “head’s up” about the song.
Kim Kardashian recently exposed Swift as fake and a liar by releasing video footage proving Swift knew about West’s controversial song, “Famous”, despite publicly claiming otherwise.
Swift had called the leaking of the phone call “character assassination“, because of the fact West hadn’t mentioned the “I made that bitch famous” segment of “Famous”.
Sharon Osbourne called Kanye West a “bully” as she waded into a discussion surrounding his row with Taylor Swift after the “Blank Space” hitmaker claims she never was told she would be called a “bitch” in his song.
Kanye had sought her permission through a telephone call, which was secretly video-recorded by him and later posted on Snapchat by Kim. “I made that b***h famous”. But in an Instagram post, Swift said the audio actually proved she had never approved the use of the world “b–h”. While I wanted to be supportive of Kanye on the phone call, you can not “approve” a song you haven’t heard.
