According to Associated Press on Friday, the last time that Will Smith was pushing lyrics on a recording was in 2005 for his album, “Lost and Found”. Smith’s rap music has always been of the fun and party-centric variety, and the “Fiesta” remix exemplifies that vibe.

He added, “This opportunity to work with Will was beyond anything we have dreamed of”.

“Felicidades to BOMBA ESTEREO on their Latin Grammy Nominations!”, Smith posted.

Will Smith made his mark in entertainment in Hip-Hop music long before becoming the A-List actor he is today. Smith was drawn to the group’s “electro tropical” sound and lent his voice to the track, rapping in Spanish.

A music video for the remix was recently filmed in Los Angeles, which should be premiering soon.

It’s like the producers listened to the top ten and smashed everything together then somehow managed to get Will Smith to rap over the top.

Bomba Estéreo’s founder Simón Mejia said working with the Focus actor was “magic”. We’ll see what move he makes next.

He continued: “I’m not sure what I’m going to do yet but I’m exploring”.
