“So much has happened with the film, we have put in so much hardwork, it’s been such a hard journey, today (Friday) is going to be the day for me to just be grateful that I got the opportunity to play this character and I thank Shahid because he had sent me the script”, Alia said.

“We support the demand for an inquiry into the piracy of film Udta Punjab and we consider it an abominable and shameful act. I don’t think the film will pick up in the single screens”, Desai said. “The film must be seen”.
