Windows 10 Anniversary Update Build 14393.3 RTM Changelog

So the likelihood of Windows 10 Build 14393, now 14393.3 after the cumulative update is applied, being released as the Anniversary Update is pretty close to a sure thing.

Still, even if the Anniversary Update has not yet been released, a couple Universal Windows Apps have been seen in the Xbox Store.

This update is only available for insiders in the fast ring and can be downloaded on PC and mobile via Windows Update. My wife’s PC shows today that it’s on build 10586.494. Additionally, there’s a fix for bugs impacting text input with Korean Input Method Editor in some apps, as well as a patch for apps that synchronize using DDE for inter-process communication, which Microsoft says should work correctly now.

The free upgrade program to Windows 10 is set to expire within a week on 29th July, after which the regular charges will come into force. Microsoft described the new OS as WaaS i.e. Windows as a Service, meaning that the operating system would receive ongoing updates to its features and functionality. Two days later, it was released to the Slow ring.
