Microsoft is weighing what to do with the mobile wallet app that’s part of the Windows 10 Mobile platform. Whether an entry from Microsoft would be a success remains to be seen, but Windows 10 does stand out with its current lack of a payments system on mobile.

Microsoft fixed a number of bugs from previous builds, such as being able to receive notifications without having to unlock the device. A similar pop-up is displayed when users try to switch the default music or photos app. The publication also notes that if users already have Chrome or Firefox as their default browser, the pop-up may not appear.
Distributing Windows 10 for free was a stroke of brilliance for Microsoft as the OS has reached more than 110 million devices in relatively no time at all. That’s why Google asks if you’re sure you really want to uninstall Chrome – and then shoots you over to a survey page once the process is complete. The second line’s Messaging app will also appear to be removed from the All apps list.
Every time a new Windows version comes out, it normally equates to increase in PC sales, especially during the first holiday season after its release. However, it seems that it will not be the case for the Windows 10 release of Microsoft. Although the feature is not yet available on Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview build (10549), it will be added from 1056x Mobile builds onward.
Now Microsoft is trying to entice fans away from its rivals with a cheeky piece of marketing. My major concern is that I will lose my reservation for Windows 10 after I format my hard drive.
“For example, approximately 23 percent of companies with 500 employees or more have at least one instance of Windows 10 on their networks compared to a mere 5.3 percent of organisations with less than 50 people”, says Peter Tsai, technical marketer at Spiceworks.
“That means Microsoft checked the box on Oct. 9 or earlier – long before ‘the recent Windows update.’ This month’s Patch Tuesday, which contained more than a hundred patches, was on Oct 13”.

The feature also allows users with multiple PCs to disable missed call notifications on every machine.
