I’m a Wisconsin kid so I grew up watching Packers games and the Badgers games. The similarities in performance end there, as Wisconsin dominated LSU to a degree that the scoreboard didn’t capture. The Tigers’ two-time consensus All-Americans have been E Gaynell Tinsley in 1935-36, HB Billy Cannon in 1958-59, DB Tommy Casanova in 1970-71 and RB Charles Alexander in 1977-78.

They may have a young offense, but the Badgers don’t lack talent. The best running back in the country, Leonard Fournette, returns for another season and could make LSU’s balanced offense very hard to stop.
ANN ARBOR, MICH. – Wilson Speight went from humbled to exalted in a hurry during his first start as quarterback for MI in the season opener against Hawaii. This game could be ugly, but I think LSU will ultimately win and cover. Still, it makes sense why analysts would choose No. LSU to defeat Wisconsin.

On defense, LSU football yielded 24.3 poitns and 347 yards last season. Like so many cheap shots, this one looks even worse in slow motion from a different angle.
