Trump hurls deeply personal, and crude, insults at Hillary Clinton
Sunday, Trump tweeted: “Hillary Clinton lied when she said that “ISIS is using video of Donald Trump as a recruiting tool “. Contacted recently by a reporter, four of the eight said they had not received any follow-up.

Doughty, playing his final game for Western Kentucky, spotted USF a 14-0 lead and spent much of the first half looking spotty.

On a bad day, Pete Rose sits and signs away
The Black Sox scandal of 1919 set the stage for Rose’s transgressions 70 or so years later. “I’ve waited nine years”. After all, no one is vouching for Shoeless Joe Jackson anymore despite his clear Hall of Fame quality numbers.

The showdown of quarterbacks with roots in Southeast Florida and contrasting styles took quite some time to develop in Monday’s Miami Beach Bowl before delivering an entertaining conclusion. Thanks in part to the head start the Hilltoppers gave them, the Bulls finished only 15 yards behind WKU, at 597. The Hilltoppers improved to 12-2.

Jeb Bush dubs Donald Trump ‘a jerk’ at New Hampshire rally
But consider this feat: Cruz has managed to maintain a fragile truce with Trump while surging past him in the crucial first state. Cruz has the support of 40 percent of likely caucus goers, followed by Trump with 31 percent.

Anthony Wales’ 42-yard touchdown was the nail in the coffin as the Hilltoppers benefited from his 105 yards and two touchdowns on just 14 carries.

Taggart led USF to one of the biggest in-season turnarounds in college football in his third season.

He was probably even better than Taggart thought he would be when he signed him in 2010. He has 45 TD tosses with only seven picks, and five of his targets have more than 500 receiving yards.

South Florida faced 3 top 25 teams this season and all were losses, Memphis, Florida State and Navy. Doughty, after throwing for 461 yards in a Miami Beach Bowl win, credited his coach for his many successes – and then called Brohm a, “mastermind”.

The South Florida defense has held 6 of 7 Conference opponents below their season scoring average, and one equaled it. The 6 held below averaged 14.3 points below their season average entering the game.

DOUGHTY’S FINALE: After two games this season, Doughty had two touchdown passes.

The loss of Higbee, Tim Gorski, and Devin Scott at tight end can’t be undersold – but WKU won a three regular-season games, a conference title, and a bowl game without the full services of the National Football League prospect Higbee at full strength. He’s hit a ton of receivers for scores this season, Taywan Taylor snagged 17 of those touchdowns while Tyler Higbee, Antwane Grant and Jared Dangerfield caught a combined 22 scores as well.

“It’s been a heck of a run, but hopefully it’s just the start for me, for sure”.

In the third quarter alone, WKU produced four touchdowns and 222 yards of total offense.

After 24 unanswered points by the Hilltoppers, the Bulls finally responded in the form of a eight play, 92-yard drive ending with a 34-yard touchdown connection from running back Johnson to McCants.

“When he caught the pass over the middle and took it all the way for a touchdown, that was the thing that changed the momentum right there”. Doughty found Norris again, this time a 55-yard score on a wide open wheel route to extend the Hilltoppers’ lead to 24-14 midway through the third.

That may have been the primary storyline, but a number of Hilltoppers who hail from Florida put on a show in transit to a 45-35 victory for Western Kentucky. All-star RB Marlon Mack and emerging dual-threat QB Quinton Flowers were just sophomores, and just about everyone who caught a pass is back.
