World heavyweight champion Tyson Fury could be taken to court by Wladimir Klitschko.

Wladimir Klitschko has revealed he has been “forced” to take Tyson Fury to court with the British boxer allegedly trying to change the terms of the proposed rematch.
But I wanted to consult the opinions of a large selection of boxing fans to find out just who they thought would emerge as the top dog, when all is said and done.
“Unfortunately, Team Fury is trying to change the terms of already signed contract multiple times and is going on endless”.
Klitschko lost to Fury in Dusseldorf in November a year ago and talks over their second bout appear to have broken down after Klitschko posted an update on social media.
A lawsuit has not officially been filed.
Finally, in the early hours of Wednesday, Klitschko released a video message to his social media followers – advising them that Team Fury has been hard to deal with – and he plans to take them to court. “Obviously we can not discuss that publicly – but, as you know, we’ve already done press conferences in Manchester, in Cologne”. To protect my own rights and eventually see the rematch, I’m forced to go to court.
“We have enforced our rights, and that is what we will do now”.
Fury-Klitschko II had been originally slated for July 9th, but after Fury badly sprained his ankle the rematch had to be postponed.
Team Fury are yet to comment.

He is also contending with doping allegations after UK Anti-Doping charged the 28-year-old over the alleged presence of a banned substance. A provisional suspension imposed on June 24 has been lifted after an appeal.
