Woman arrested over ‘ban on Muslims’ Facebook post after Paris terror attacks

In a message, the 43-year-old woman posted that she would no longer be taking bookings from people of the “Islamic faith”.

Section 19 relates to the display of written material which is considered to be threatening, abusive or insulting with the intention of stirring up racial hatred and producing malicious communications.

This was then followed with a post to say: “I’m a private business and not Ltd so I can say what I want about clients and my choice!!”

Quebec’s Bill 59 would curtail free speech and pander to Muslims.

At this point she has not been charged with any offence.

After offering anyone who had a problem with her to pay her a visit, she is then said to have posted to haters: “I hope your family gets blown up by ISIS”.

“We take all such complaints seriously and will investigate”, Thames Valley police added.

Other Facebook users criticized the arrest, accusing the police of wasting money and suppressing freedom of speech.

“We [Nouveau Lashes, Nouveau Beauty Group, Nouveau Contour, Nouveau Skin Therapy and HD Brows] abhor racism and completely reject the views of this individual and the messages posted publicly on her salon page. Complete waste of police time and obviously the do gooders in Bicester have far to[o] much time on there hands [sic]”, one user said.

‘If you suspect that racially aggravated crimes are being committed please report them to Thames Valley Police on 101’. Sick and disgusted by them.
