Russian police arrested a woman brandishing a child’s severed head and threatening to activate a bomb outside a Moscow subway station on Monday, officials said.

Moscow investigators have said they suspect the nanny waited until the parents of Nastya left the apartment with their elder child, and then killed the little girl and set the apartment on fire.
Russian journalist Polina Nikolskaya, who witnessed the scene, told Reuters: “I was on my way to the metro station from home”. The suspect is now being detained by police authorities, Russian media reported.
In a weird incident, a woman wearing Burka was nabbed in Russian Federation after she walked down the streets of Moscow with the head of a 4-year-old disabled girl. She was shouting, “I am a terrorist”, and reportedly threatened to blow herself up. In a statement, Russia’s Investigative Committee – the equivalent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation – said the woman was being treated by psychiatric experts and did not seem to understand the meaning of her actions. Her body was found in the burned apartment.
The woman is thought to have been babysitting the child before killing her and setting the apartment on fire.
Bobokulova told reporters on her way into the courtroom on Wednesday that Allah had ordered her to do what she did but that she had repented and agreed with her arrest.
Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the television stations made the decision themselves not to air the videos, which he described as “too horrific to show on television”.
It is claimed she butchered her at the apartment of the family she worked for in northwestern Moscow before torching it and fleeing the scene.

Any motive in the case is still unclear, the Investigative Committee added.
