Chelsea Ake, 24, is believed to have suffocated at Rejuvenice in Henderson, Nevada, US.

Bee traveled from Hawaii, where Ake was from, to recover her best friend’s body. Though there is no security footage to indicate how the Hawaii native ended up locked in the cryochamber, authorities believe she may have been in the device for over 10 hours.
The woman reportedly used the machine without any assistance and police say she may have suffocated.
However, Chelsea came to find herself in the machine and once inside she was apparently unable to free herself, reports KSNV News3LV.
An official cause of death has not been released as medical examiners look into the gases Ake inhaled inside the machine, as well as whether she may have frozen to death.
“It’s a new technology in Vegas”, Rejuvenice’s Vice President Kami Rahbaran told the Las Vegas Review Journal just days before Ms Ake’s death.
Ake was the night supervisor at the salon on October 19.
“Chelsea’s everything to me”, Bee said.
Bee wants people to remember her friend not by the freak accident but for the “awesome” person she was.
“It’s very frustrating to know because there are no cameras in there so basically the only person that does know what happened is Chelsea”, Ms Bee said.
It is only meant to be used for up to three minutes and is popular among athletes who use it for muscle soreness. ‘She was my best friend, and I’m going to miss her dearly’.
“The dress code during treatment is minimal, as maximum skin exposure to the cold air is desired”. Patients are exposed to extremely cold, dry air for two to four minutes in the chambers, where temperatures can reach minus 240 degrees.

The owners of Rejuvenice had no comment on the accident other than they mourn with the family and are saddened with the loss of their friend.
