Woman has engagement-style photo shoot celebrating new job
After a gruesome seven-month job search, Benita Abraham decided her job offer was equally worthy of a portrait session. So, she wanted to do something big. “After 7 long months, I found the ideal job with a company that truly cares about its employees and one I will learn so much from”.

Abraham had gone through seven months of unemployment before she found the flawless job she’d been looking for. “I was trying so hard to keep calm and not scream and be super excited”.
She said her friends suggested a photoshoot.
Some people do photoshoots when they’re engaged or pregnant, but Benita Abraham is not like some people.
Abraham said just like finding the flawless mate, she wanted to share her excitement about finding her ideal job. “I learned so much, and it was just a half day”. “I think academics. I think career growth”.
Abraham has been on the job for two days and has been overwhelmed by the support she has received online. I laughed the whole way through this, ‘ one person commented on the post. “It really made their day, and that makes my day”, she added.
She also put her hair in rollers and spent some time working from bed in preparation for her new job.
‘I am so happy for you, I always knew you would find “the one”,’ said another. My sister called, and she was like: ‘Girl! You click through the highly staged images of your high-school nemesis/college roommate’s sister/woman-you-met-at-a-party-once as she canoodles with her betrothed, and your heart fills with disdain: Could these people be any more self-absorbed?

The 37-year-old lives in Long Beach, CA and works in the health care administration industry.
