A woman was taken to hospital immediately after her daughter found her sitting on the stairs with a knife into her head.

According to the report, the woman, Liu Yanya, 57, was in kitchen when she somehow managed to impaled the whole knife into her skull. But rather screaming, she calmly sat down on the stairs before her daughter had seen her and called father.
The daughter, Wang Xue, later explained “I heard a loud ‘pang’ sound and when I ran out I found my mother sitting under the stairs with a long knife in head”.
She added “The blade had gone all the way in leaving only the black handle outside”.
Sadly, the family are now being forced to sell their home to pay for Yanya’s medical bills.
