A 91 year old woman from Saguenay, Quebec, Canada, fined for $148 because of her noisy rocking chair.

According to the report, neighbors of the elderly woman complaint in police about the noisy chair and police issued a ticket regarding this.

But recently police has decided to review their response after a lawyer waded in.

According to the lawyer, police had handled the situation badly – and he said “I don’t think this is a good way to settle that matter”.
