When she went to seek medical help, a doctor told her she may have to undergo surgery and could lose her eye.

Gaydos’ eye was tightly sealed and weeping for nine days.

“But now I don’t know what to do-I don’t have a job, no insurance or any money”.

After her story aired on television, Gaydos received a call from a different doctor at the same office. Dr. Pankaj Gupta, assistant professor of ophthalmology at Case Western Reserve University, told ABC News that he has seen multiple cases of people accidentally gluing their eyes shut.

Whatever you do, the company says do not try to force your eyes open, as this can cause damage.
