The cast of “Wonder Woman” discussed exploring the origins of the Amazonian warrior heroine, and bringing a strong female lead to the male-dominated superhero movie world.

And while we are on the subject of Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot will star in her own film before Justice League.

After the trailer premiered, Gadot posted a clip on Instagram, where she wrote, “I$3 can’t express how excited I am to see my journey come to life!”

Fans were ecstatic nevertheless when they were shown the film’s final trailer, which featured the bubblegum-popping Quinn using her martial arts skills to dispatch an adversary in an elevator.

Warner Bros. gave fans at San Diego Comic-Con a double whammy with two huge DC Universe trailers one after the other.

Let’s also not forget that Diana will also be recruiting superheroes into the Justice League alongside Ben Affleck’s Batman on the big screens in November next year.

Actress Gal Gadot says her Wonder Woman has been inspired by Britains Princess Diana.

I don’t know about you all, but I’m still recovering from the avalanche of news we got at Comic-Con yesterday!

Although the initial Wonder Woman trailer is admittedly light on details, it seems likely that the movie will address whatever happened during her adventures in World War I that caused her to shun humanity. “The ideal woman, I think”. Seeing some fun in these movies is entirely welcome.

Then Steve and Diana head off to Europe, where she gets a firsthand taste of trench warfare.

Does the first trailer live up to all the hype?
