‘Wonder Woman’ Lynda Carter Joins ‘Supergirl’ as President of the United States
Carter, 64, is locked for multiple episodes and will first appear in Episode 203, the network said.

Producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg told reporters last season that scoring Carter to play the president in season two was their dream casting for the part. “We had the ideal role”, he said at the time.
There’s still no word on whether Carter will also make her way into the live-action Wonder Woman movie starring Gal Gadot, but at least DC Entertainment is taking some advantage of her nostalgia factor. “We couldn’t work out her scheduled”.
When it comes to running the White House, Hillary Clinton isn’t the only woman up for the job: so is Lynda Carter-a.k.a. the world’s most beloved Wonder Woman-who has been confirmed to portray the President of the United States of America on the CBS-turned-CW series Supergirl for a multi-episodic arc.
Numerous details are still hush-hush, but a classic DC comics actress is making her way to the “Supergirl” series. Her TV appearances have included The Muppet Show, Partners in Crime and Two and a Half Men. She guest-starred on an episode of Smallville in 2007 as Moira Sullivan, the estranged mother to Chloe. It aired for three seasons and almost 60 episodes. We already know that “Teen Wolf” alum Tyler Hoechlin is going to be playing Superman on the series for a couple of episodes, and the show is still in the process of casting Lex Luthor’s sister, who will be arriving to National City to escape his shadow.
