Wonder Woman trailer revealed at San Diego Comic-Con
Since so many superhero movies from both DC Comics and Marvel lead with a male character, Gadot claimed it was time for a female-led superhero film.

Titular star Gal Gadot shared a brand new poster for the film on social media, revealing the gorgeous, strong image ahead of the movie’s Comic-Con panel. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. So far, the reaction from fans appears to be positive, with many anxiously looking forward to the release of this movie.
Despite her relatively short screentime in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman emerged as one of the superhero team-up’s highlights, and next year she’ll be getting her own starring vehicle. We’re introduced to Steve Trevor (Chris Pine), who somehow discovers the world of Amazons and is the first man that Diana ever encounters. A day earlier, a new poster for Wonder Woman was released.
In the meantime, I’d definitely recommend checking out some good and current non-continuity reading material with the Legend of Wonder Woman series that we reviewed. So if you’re a fan needing to catch up on the Wonder Woman and DC canon or just someone who wants to refresh what you’ve already had, Amazon Kindle can get it done.
“Wonder Woman” heads to cinemas on 2 June 2017. When Steve Trevor, an American pilot, crashes on the island, he meets Diana and tells her about a war that is going on.

“She grew up in Themyscira where she was very safe and protected, and she thought she knew everything that there was to know about the world”, Gadot said during a panel discussion at Comic-Con.
