A Bristol expert has invented a new ice-cream which emits some light, for tasting this glowing ice-cream you need to pay £140 for one scoop.

The inventor of this glowing ice-cream Charlie Francis said that this glowing concept in ice cream is taken from some sea creature. They added that it took very long time in researching on sea creatures but finally after a much effort he found. He too mentioned that it took very hard to convince the Chinese experts to produce the protein needed to make the frozen treat light up.
Mr Francis explains that this ice cream will start glowing when the protein in the ice cream reacts with your tongue at neutral pH.

This was the fantastic invention for the ice-cream lovers but they will have to wait long for the availability of ice-cream at every place.
