Worldwide Exclusive: ‘Beauty and the Beast’ Trailer Premieres on ‘GMA’
Though many felt that the highly-anticipated sneak peek was a tad too short, the clip was successful in drawing people into the enchantment and mystery that surround Beast’s (Dan Stevens) castle and all the characters, especially Belle (Emma Watson). While pretty much all Disney movies are met with an eager audience, the film’s that came out in the 80s and 90s are deeply beloved and highkey childhood highlights for a key demographic of moviegoers.

The live-action Beauty and the Beast teaser trailer aired on ABC’s Good Morning America Monday morning prior to its release online.
“Beauty and the Beast” also stars Luke Evans as Gaston, Josh Gad as Lefou, Kevin Kline as Belle’s father Maurice, Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette and Stanley Tucci as Cadenza.
“Beauty and the Beast” was remembered as one of Disney’s beloved princess stories.
Disney has been on a roll for the past 12 months, having released not one but two huge blockbusters including Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Captain America: Civil War.
Disney knows how to work its magic formula, having just rode another animated classic, The Jungle Book, to live action legend – and a fortune to boot. Remaking Beauty and the Beast, which for most 30 something year old women arrived when we were in elementary school, just in time for us all to have little girls who are mostly still in elementary school?

While her fans are eager for more of Watson as Beauty and the Beast’s Belle, Emma’s real life is far from the flawless existence seen in Disney fairy tales. In the voiceover we hear, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth and Ewan McGregor as Lumiere. Though it may be too early to get a real sense of the film, as it doesn’t actually become available in theaters until 2017, there’s certainly enough in this teaser alone to pique interest and generate buzz for the film.
