WWE Diva Charlotte Reportedly Asked To Bring Up Her Brother In
Charlotte isn’t the only Diva who took Paige’s brazen comments personally during the contract signing for the Divas Title Match at Survivor Series. Hopefully, Charlotte doesn’t catch any heat for what her dad had to say, although I really hope she didn’t feel bullied into going along with an angle that made her feel uncomfortable.

Reid passed due to drugs, there is nothing more to really go into regarding it. He was involved in what he should not have been, and it cost him his life. And that’s no different than in wrestling except, in wrestling, it might be a little more insensitive, but that’s the nature of the beast.
That prompted an enraged Charlotte to attack Paige and beat her down until referees separated them.
Well, the fallout from this situation has been ugly.
Reid and Charlotte’s mother, Elizabeth Fleihr, who is also an ex-wife of Ric Flair, was not happy with the angle.
Many assumed this angle was run by Flair and Charlotte. Unfortunately, it seems he was not notified ahead of time. “Nation with Ric Flair” podcast, Flair spoke about the angle, being reluctant on speaking about it at first.
“Obviously I have an opinion, but I’m afraid to voice it because I don’t want anything to affect Ashley’s career”, said Ric.
When I saw an emotional Charlotte talking about how her younger brother inspired her to get into the business (but never saying that he was deceased) in a sit-down interview with Michael Cole on WWE.com a couple months ago before her Divas Title Match against Nikki Bella, I immediately thought it would be a great feel-good story if she dedicated winning the championship to Reid. And, you know, I think, if anything, this could be considered negative, I don’t think she’s comfortable to say no to anything yet; she’s only been up there 3 months. It’s a pressure cooker and it’s a tough spot to be in. “If you’re asked to do something, that’s pretty much the way things operate up there”.
“I’ll be at Survivor Series and can’t wait to get there. It’s something we deal with as a family on a daily basis”.
It is a subjective question to say the least and most fans seemingly are going to detest it or be non plussed about it. There likely won’t be much middle ground. No one can be mad at either Charlotte or Paige, as they either did the job they were told to do or wanted to do with Charlotte’s permission.

“I never heard a word about it. I started crying when I was watching it. No one called me, and no one has called me today”.
