The End was promoted as the end to the feud between Finn Balor and Samoa Joe. Balor has a history with Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson and has been teasing a reunion on Twitter for months. Austin Aries and Shinsuke Nakamura are facing off in the most anticipated match since Nakamura’s debut. The Revival and Nia Jax vs. Asuka for the NXT Women’s Championship.

American Alpha has yet to put their belts on the line, and they aren’t likely to lose their first title defense.

Then, as the former champs were recovering in the ring, they were attacked by a tag team previously unseen on NXT television. The match got the NXT Universe pumped, as they were supportive of Dillinger but also very excited for the debut of “Cien”.

It appears Selmani and Dhinsa will be managed by WWE Hall of Famer Paul Ellering, who is known for managing The Road Warriors years ago.

Almas survived a brillaint superkick from the “Perfect 10” and finished Dillinger off with double knees into the corner (as seen in the video below). Definitely short, but Almas looked like a star out there. The “Kickoff Show” will air live on the WWE Network as the lead-in to the live special, and will feature Renee Young, Corey Graves and Lita.
