While discussing the plans it was revealed that Microsoft was in talks with a number of different companies in order to bring them on board with the Xbox One backwards compatibility plan.

There will be more than 100 Xbox 360 titles and hundreds more to follow, according to Microsoft. While there is no confirmation which games will be available, publishers who will allow their games to be downloaded will be made available in the platform.
Some interesting Xbox 360 games that were recently added are Dark Souls II, The Witcher II, Ghost Recon Future Solider, Prince of Persia. Xbox One EA Access is only a membership program.
This Autumn will see the tech giant roll out the feature to everyone on Xbox One with support for a collection of pre-approved Xbox 360 titles in digital and disc form.
Fellow BioWare game Mass Effect was also one of the first games Microsoft used to demonstrate backwards compatibility, so you’d assume that was also very likely – especially with the new game coming up.

The addition of backwards compatibility support to Xbox One later this year could see EA Access expanding to include Xbox 360 games, with the publisher confirming that they’re investigating this possibility. Back when the game was released, the Xbox 360 version was the way to go since it features a more stable framerate and overall better perfomance. Gears of War 4 will be a brand new entry in the franchise and is scheduled for Holiday 2016.
