In addition to PS4 and Xbox One, Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.

The two new versions are now only available to download in Australia, although it isn’t yet clear how they’ve been enhanced for current-gen platforms.
As spotted by Twitter users lifelower and Sora96, the port of High Moon Studios’ 2012 licensed game was handled by FunLabs, who previously ported Prototype to modern consoles.

The original Transformers: Fall of Cybertron got solid reviews when it first game out. This release comes one day after a surprise launch in Australia, which was preceded by no official announcement. If you’re in Austrlia, the game is now available via the PlayStation Store and Xbox Games Store. It is surprising that it has so much DLC for not even having any indication that it was even coming out.
