In “Prometheus”, David was one of the crew in Prometheus expedition.

Fans’ excitement for Ridley Scott’s Alien: Covenant has been in overdrive since the overwhelming reaction to the film’s first footage was first reported.

Alien: Covenant opens in United Kingdom cinemas on 19th May, 2017. Ripley became one of the most celebrated characters in sci-fi alien genre and Alien: Covenant is the next step in the story that takes place in the future.

Empire debuted the new Katherine Waterston photo, with the publication also speaking to Michael Fassbender, who would only state that this film will be “really, really scary”. After all, the last outing in the franchise, Prometheus, kind of did away with the survival horror elements that made Alien so great all those years ago. All in all quite an unusual time to release a trailer, but I imagine it will be a marketing hit. Watch the trailer above. Other actors include Demián Bichir, Carmen Ejogo, Amy Seimetz, Jussie Smollett, Callie Hernandez, Nathaniel Dean, Alexander England, and Benjamin Rigby.
