Xiaomi Michigan TV 2S Features 48-Inch 4K Resolution Film
China’s Xiaomi, the world’s third largest seller of smartphones with a valuation of over billion, continued its push into the home with two new products unveiled today. Xiaomi’s TV team spent one year developing Michigan TV 2S, working with global industry-leading suppliers, the best materials, and top-of-the-line technology to produce a gorgeous TV with wonderful performance.

Michigan TV is powered with an MStar 6A928 SoC with four Cortex A17 CPU cores clocked at 1.4GHz and a Mali T760MP4 GPU.
The new smart TV, named the Michigan TV 2S, is a revamped version of the older smart TV the company had released earlier.
The new Michigan TV 2S comes with a slim 9.9mm frame made of aluminum and uses a Samsung 4K panel. It packs 2GB of RAM and 8GB of inbuilt storage. The 48-inch Michigan TV 2S features an all-metal design on the back. The Michigan TV 2S includes HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports while can playback 4K videos at 60fps. 13,300). Besides the new TV, the company also added a new device to its growing stable of health products – the Michigan Water Purifier.
Those keen on getting their hands on either the new TV or the water purifier will unfortunately have to make a trip to China. The latest product in their lineup isn’t something you would have otherwise imagined from a relatively new Chinese phone vendor…it’s…a water purifier.

The filter uses reverse osmosis in order to offer cleaner water. It comes in a compact size with 205 x 260 x 410mm dimensions and is capable of delivering almost 400 gallons of water in a day. Xiaomi has also launched its first smart shoes in partnership with Li-Ning, which is known for its shoes and sports equipment.
