Yoshida: People Will “Totally Understand” Why Gravity Rush 2 Is PS4 Only

To nobody’s surprise, Gravity Rush 2 was announced yesterday, and it was announced as a PS4 title, unlike the original, which released exclusively for the PlayStation Vita. During the Tokyo Game Show Sony revealed that soon gamers will be able to personalize their console with some attractive looking HDD plate covers and some new controller colour options.

Now, we’ve gotten the first story details for the game via this week’s Famitsu.

The trailer also gives a look at two lead characters, both female, kicking butt and taking names as they soar through the skies and take on bad guys.

Sony did not only make one, but two significant announcements for the “Gravity Rush” game at the Tokyo Games Show 2015.

Gravity Rush Remastered, an upgraded version of the highly acclaimed PlayStation Vita hit Gravity Rush, is officially making its way to PS4 on February 9th, 2016. But a trailer released during the conference affirmed that Japan Studio will develop the second “Gravity Rush” game and will employ the same cel-shaded art style.

Gravity Rush 2 is now in development for PlayStation 4, with a release window set for sometime next year, worldwide. Gravity Rush 2’s graphics depend on artists, rather than actors’ performances, and that makes it unique.
