You can buy your X-Men: Apocalypse tickets through Snapchat
Now, you’ll be able to get your movie fix without having to leave the app.

X-Men: Apocalypse has been rated PG-13 by the MPAA for sequences of violence, action and destruction, brief strong language and some suggestive images.
X doesn’t mean guaranteed box-office success anymore.
20th Century Fox started running an ad campaign inside Snapchat today. If studios show even the slightest sign of faltering, it usually results in the waving of a white flag and a plea to Marvel Studios to help.
“X-men taking over snapchat reminds me of when U2 intruded in all of our lives by placing their album in every iTunes account”. Apocalypse feels like it comes from the alternate timeline where Singer didn’t abandon the X-Men to make a weirdly morose homage to Christopher Reeve’s movies, and instead reached into an uneven bag of overheated story bits and fished out a few great X-Men moments.
And in honor of the X-Men: Apocalypse release on May 27th, there are filters that transform users into mutants such as Beast and Mystic- but only for the next 24 hours.
With media from Zenith, which recently retained the 20th Century Fox account, and activation support from Jam Van, the touring promotion features a 10-foot tall model of the hand of the movie’s villain Apocalypse holding a skull. While it is the best global opening ever for an X-Men movie, the domestic box office may be more challenging, as it goes up against Alice Through the Looking Glass. Jackman is on his last X-leg, making it clear that the next Wolverine movie will be his final performance as the character. X-Men tickets, on the other hand, will be on sale through the app until Thursday – practically an eternity in Snapchat’s world.
At least Apocalypse-written by Simon Kinberg, who also cowrote the deservedly maligned X-Men: The Last Stand-is more successful in its excess than Last Stand.
If executed properly, the appearance of Cable in a “Deadpool” sequel could lead to an X-Force spin off. (X-Force is a Cable-led team of mutants).

Along with the lenses, Fox and Snapchat have teamed on a ticketing ad unit that allows Snapchat users to buy tickets for the film in advance.
