You can now use Android Pay with Chase

Chase Visa (R) consumer credit and debit cardholders can now use Android Pay (TM) in millions of stores nationwide and within many Android apps. Payments are processed via tokens (unique masked account numbers), and customers are informed immediately when a purchase is made.

To use it, start by downloading the free Android Pay app on your smartphone, if it’s not already there. Chase cards can be added by snapping a picture of the card and verifying the user account. Eligible terminals carry an Android pay sticker. Google has been working on expanding Android Pay out of Android-powered smartphones and the mobile web is the next logical step on the ladder. Users will retain all of the benefits and rewards that they originally enjoyed with their Chase cards.

United Kingdom customers will soon get some love, too, as Santander and TSB customers are to be added to the list of supported banks in the region, among others.

Google says that Android Pay now supports Chase.
