PlayStation VR demonstrations will be available at more than 30 Best Buy and GameStop locations and from June 24th onwards that number will expand to roughly 300 locations across the United States and Canada.
PlayStation’s entry into the virtual reality realm has nearly arrived. On it, you can identify the nearest place where you can get your hands on the unique PS experience. Sony explains more about what you can expect from the in store PlayStation VR demonstrations.
“Earlier this week at E3 we announced that PlayStation VR will officially launch in North America on October 13”.
PlayStation VR Worlds, Headmaster, Battlezone, EVE: Valkyrie and SUPERHYPERCUBE etc. are the game that will be playable in the participating retail stores and more games will be added later on to provide the gamers with a ideal PlayStation VR experience. They can get the bare PlayStation VR unit at a price point of $399 or a complete kit containing the unit, the PlayStation Camera (mandatory) and the Move controllers (optional, but highly recommended).
PlayStation VR will launch on October 13 for $399. According to a new blog post from Sony, the company will be showing off the PlayStation VR with playable demo units at various retail stores over the next two days.
