‘You Had One Job!’: Twitter Roasts Steve Harvey For Miss Universe Debacle
Just when you thought the internet couldn’t meltdown ANY MORE over the incredibly, incredibly awkward wrong name fiasco at Miss Universe 2015, Miss Germany opens her mouth to have her say and sends us all into oblivion.

Ariadna Gutierrez Arevalo from Colombia had already been crowned and was standing on stage to cheers from the Las Vegas audience when mortified host Steve Harvey returned to announce the error. Miss Colombia herself is being laughed at and was called “Miss Universe for 3 minutes” in Colombian headlines.
Miss Columbia was consoled by other contestants but she was just inconsolable. This time there was a biracial beauty from Japan, a refugee immigrant from Australia and Indonesian Muslim girl too.
Harvey said it was “an honest mistake” resulting from misreading a card.
Harvey has since apologised for his mistake, both during the telecast and on Twitter, but not everyone has been as forgiving as Miss Colombia and Miss Philippines.
It’s the third time a contestant from the Philippines has won the title. Meanwhile, Miss Colombia, 21-year-old Ariadna Gutierrez, left a message for fans in a web video, suggesting that she’s ready to move on from the embarrassing blunder.
Steve Harvey only made things worse when he tried to apologise in a tweet. “For me, it was stolen”, Sincelejo resident Edgar Cardoso said.
“Everything happens for a reason, so I’m happy for all what I did for this dream”.
During the pageant, Harvey apologized for his mistake and showed the card containing the results which showed Philippines as the victor. “Miss Universe 2015 is Miss Philippines”.
When the doctors told her that she can not go to the pageant, she was affirmative about going, she added.

Miss Philippines Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach’s crowning glory is marred and people will probably talk more about this goof-up then her glorious win.
