The quarterback suddenly thrust into the spotlight by yet another injury to Tony Romo wasn’t happy with his footwork on the drill that had just finished, so he asked offensive coordinator Scott Linehan for a few more snaps. In fact, for Romo and his teammates, Bryant’s intense energy on the field was said to help fuel their own performance and help them play at a higher level.
Romo has received a bunch of heat in his career. In Week 1 of 2013 against the Cowboys, the two-time Super Bowl victor tallied 450 yards and four touchdowns but was doomed by three interceptions in a close game.
