“We know in our business that people on flakka or bath salts will do this type of behavior where they attack their victim and do the biting and remove pieces of flesh in the biting”, Snyder said at a news conference Tuesday morning.

John Stevens IV said his father had been especially excited to attend his granddaughter’s baptism, before the brutal events that occurred Monday night.
“It is not super important to me what his mindset was”, Stevens told the Sun Sentinel on Thursday.
“This isn’t just a privileged, white kid who’s going to get it taken easy on him, because he doesn’t have any priors”.
Harrouff had been acting strangely for about a week and claimed he had “superpowers” and was “here to protect people”, according to a report obtained by WPTV that cited his mother.
According to investigators, Harrouff left a sports bar in Jupiter after he argued with his father.
