She said, “I’m not going to live another year of my life pretending to be someone else”.
Back in 2010, 19-year-old Mitchell Kittrell went viral after attacking the creators of South Park for perpetuating the stereotype that “gingers” do not have souls. The emotional 10-minute video sees Claire sharing her experiences about growing up in a “pretty conservative” school and never fitting in with the other children. “I’m just not gonna do it. I don’t care if you call me ugly, if you call me a tranny”, she said, staring defiantly into the lens.
In the following video, Kittrell says she has been undergoing hormone therapy for many months now.
She continued on that didn’t have many friends, didn’t play sports and was “very lonely”.
‘I know a lot of you are going to make fun of me.
Hollywood Hillbillies tells the story of Kittrell and his aforementioned grandmother, as they move from rural Georgia to Hollywood in order to take advantage of their 150 million-plus YouTube views. I’m done. I feel more naked wearing make-up than I did ever being actually naked.
The YouTube star credits Caitlyn Jenner’s public transition to helping her decide to begin her own. Claire confesses she’s unable to afford gender reassignment surgery right now, but she’s happy as long as she’s her true self.
Speaking for the first time, Claire admits she “can’t put on a mask anymore” and vows that she is “going to be myself”.

HollywoodLifers, what do you think of Claire’s announcement? “Not in front of the camera and not behind one”, she adds. She said a major inspiration for coming out as transgender was seeing Caitlyn Jenner’s journey unfold in the press. “Wish me luck”, Kittrell signs off the video. “I just felt like I was stuck again, you know? She has a lot of money and not every trans person can look like her because she’s able to afford surgery”.
