ZenFone 3 Launched By Asus
In a myriad of announcements at the Computex 2016 trade show in Taiwan on May 30, Asus also debuted its new Zenbo home robot, as well as three new Transformer 2-in-1 convertibles and a new ZenBook 3 laptop.

The ZenFone 3 is perhaps the most basic and simplistic of all these three devices.
Interestingly, ASUS are diving head first into the phablet market with the Zenfone 3 Ultra, a 6.8-inch device which comes with a few other bells and whistles compared to the Deluxe. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 panels on its front and back sides with a metal frame.
Design-wise the ZenFone 3 Deluxe looks similar to the base model, except it uses a subtly curved metal unibody instead of a glass back, and has managed to remove the unsightly antenna lines that every other all-metal smartphone has.
It carries a Snapdragon 625 processor, yet a healthy 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage. This handset is packed with a 16MP rear camera and 8 MP front facing camera which is again featured with Tritech autofocusing technology to capture pin-sharp images in just 0.03 seconds. The phone also packs a USB Type-C port for quick file transfers and Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 technology for faster than ever charging.
The next model, ZenFone 3 Deluxe, is 5.7 inches in length and is an impressive model.
The ZenFone 3 Deluxe is the company’s new flagship smartphone, and as such, it is the most expensive out of the bunch.
The ZenFone 2 Deluxe can calmly claim to be the actual flagship with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 and Adreno 530 GPU powering the phone. The handset flaunts a 23MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera for selfies.
There other ZenFone models include the Deluxe with a 5.7-inch screen and the ZenFone 3 with a 5.5-inch screen.

As you might expect, ASUS has equipped the ZenFone 3 Ultra with a beefy battery that measures in at 4600mAh. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM. The move to the USB Type C connector means that ASUS is ready to adapt to change in the smartphone industry. However, ASUS has taken an interesting route and has revealed to the world three different smartphones, with one having a 5.5-inch display, one with a 5.7-inch display, and the last having an absolutely massive 6.8-inch display, respectively. It is available in attractive colors of silver, gray and pink. It will be available in gold, silver and grey color variants. Well, you’re looking at a US$499 price point for the 6GB/64GB model.
