Yet Wenger is convinced Real Madrid will succeed in their bid to take part in transfer trading next summer, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema all being linked with move away from the Bernabeu as the Spanish giants plot a shake-up of their squad.
Three of Zinedine Zidane’s four football-playing sons will be left out of Real Madrid’s plans for the weekend, as the club reels from the transfer market ban handed down by Fifa.
“It seems absurd because they (his sons) have lived their whole lives here in Madrid with family and it will be fixed”, said Zidane. It doesn’t make any sense. I am calm, it is an error and nothing more.

Roman Abramovich is expected to appoint a new manager for the start of next season, with Atletico’s Simeone reportedly the club’s No 1 candidate for the Stamford Bridge role.
Thomas Barnard, sports specialist solicitor at Thomas Eggar, has warned that this could have a major impact on Premier League clubs regardless of the outcome.
“We believe that the penalty imposed is disproportionate, out of place and is an excessive punishment for both clubs based on their behavior and the circumstances of each case”, the league said.
Sanchez said: “The arguments given are so flawed that they’ve resulted in the club being sanctioned over the coach’s sons”. After it closes, they can still reach deals to buy players but cannot register them to play until after the 2016-17 season.
Barcelona employed a similar tactic in 2015 to successful affect. Though their appeal to CAS was to be rejected it delayed the implementation of the ban until after the summer transfer window.
