Zinedine Zidane: Real Madrid, PSG are Champions League favourites
Liverpool’s Mamadou Sakho has criticised his former club Paris Saint-Germain for not providing Kingsley Coman with an opportunity to flourish, as reported by Canal Football Club (via FourFourTwo). What is surprising is that he says Bayern Munich are not quite there yet.

French legend Zinedine Zidane considers Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain the favourites to win this season’s UEFA Champions League.
“Paris know the French league inside out, they are on another level to their rivals”.
Bayern Munich’s Kingsley Coman has picked up a slight thigh injury while on global duty.
There was a few good news for Bayern coach Pep Guardiola as Germany defender Holger Badstuber has returned to training, as has French winger Franck Ribery following a seven-month break with an ankle injury.
“Everyone has their own policies but when I see a talent like that, who can not emerge and express himself in his own city – and it’s also a source of pride for the fans to see a youth product play in their colours – it’s unfortunate”.

Having claimed the championship of Ligue 1 for three consecutive seasons, PSG, however, have suffered three straight quarterfinal eliminations since returning to the Champions League in 2012. While they have won the first two games in the competition this season, against Malmo and Shakhtar, their next two ties are against Real Madrid.
