According to L’Equipe, David Beckham, who is leading the charge to establish a MLS franchise in Miami, could bring PSG star Zlatan Ibrahimovic to the club.

Ibrahimovic has also expressed an openness to play in the US, telling Yahoo Sports earlier this year that playing in MLS would be “amazing”.

“I would like to play in USA, absolutely”, he said.

“I think it would be an incredible experience”.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has made a significant investment in Sweden this week, purchasing a house of God.

If all goes to plan the franchise could enter MLS at the start of the 2018 season, which would mean Ibrahimovic will have to wait 18 months before joining the club.

Agentt Mino Raiola spoke to our colleagues at RMC this evening about the future of his client Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Zlatan is out of contract with PSG at the end of the year and has always been fancied to play out the remainder of his footballing days among the adoring American public.

“There are many clubs that are trying to recruit Ibrahimovic, certainly, but for now, we don’t take care of it”, he told RMC. I don’t know a single player who is 1.97m who has the technique that Messi has or has the power that Ronaldo has. Which team? Am I allowed to say that? “No, I can not say that”.
