According the report, the lady, named Sarah McClay, was working at the corner of the tiger’s place inside the South Lakes Wild Animal Park in Dalton-on-Furness, Cumbria, when a tiger found a way out towards her from the faulty gate.
Tiger then attacked on her, leaving her with heavy injuries at neck, chest, back, arm, and foot, which made her die eventually in hospital.
A witness later explained that she was working and tiger came to her from back that’s why she didn’t notice anything.
Reports says that right before this incident, Ms. McClay had said “zoo doesn’t feed the tigers for three days at a time”.
