This one’s powered by a Snapdragon 617 processor and has a mere 2GB of RAM. It runs Android Marshmallow out of the box.

ZTE Z Max Pro is the latest sign that Chinese phone manufacturers are continuing to close the specs gap between mid-range and high-end smartphones in 2016. It comes with 32 GB of internal storage and a slot for expandable memory. The front-facing camera clocks in at 5-megapixels, meanwhile.
The ZTE phone also has a 3,400 milli-amp-hour battery, which provides about 25 hours of talk time and 400 hours of standby time.
We’ve got more coming. The ZMAX PRO breaks barriers as the first USA carrier supported phone under $100.00 that features a fingerprint sensor, and its 3400 mAh battery, 13MP and 5MP cameras, up to 32GB of internal storage, and a big, lovely 6-inch FHD display provides unmatched value for consumers.
The new smartphone is available for pre-order now from MetroPCS for just $99 (once you factor in an instant rebate), and it launches on August 1. To get the hottest deal of the summer visit MetroPCS in store or online at www.metropcs.com/ZMAXPRO. Revealed today, the Zmax Pro eschews 720p in favor of 1080p Full HD, still a fairly rare decision for a cheap device. The price should still fall short of the $200 mark, beating out the Moto G4 for the budget crown and giving the budget scene its first premium mid-range phablet.

The side of the ZMax Pro. It uses a USB-C port, like the most recent Nexus handsets, and ZTE is – unsurprisingly – billing it as lasting all day. But as a GSM phone, there’s a chance it’ll launch on other USA carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile in the future.
